Tangent Investment Company, LLC (“TIC”) is a private company that manages investments in Mini Storage projects, primarily in the Houston area.  While TIC provides the capital for the storage facilities, it  does not manage the operation of the projects.  Instead, TIC invests with a general partner that has extensive experience in building and operating Mini Storage facilities.

Each project has limited partners that invest in the location.  TIC acts as the general partner for the investing partnership.  The partnership is then a limited partner in the partnership that actually owns the property and the facility.  The general partner for that partnership is responsible for the completion of the facility and the operation of the business.
